It’s what I do

This is my first post here.

This is the place where I am going to try my best to explain to you what happens in my lessons so that you can see (or imagine) yourself in that context and maybe decide to join me in this adventure.

The door is opening.

I will try to describe what goes on in a lesson, with words and also with images. In no particular order, so you can appreciate a variety of activities and styles.

In Spanish for leisure, most of the time I create the materials myself or I see something that inspires me and I try to recreate in such a way that I think it will be useful to my learners. Most of the time I come up with a topic and I find ways to adapt it to different levels, by varying the activities and outcomes.

For GCSE, A level or exam preparation lessons, I will work in alignment with the relevant syllabus with more focus on exam technique and developing memory skills.

With younger learners, I tend to also work around topics with more freedom to adapt materials to the personalities of the children.

I hope that these descriptions will inspire you to join us and spread the word that learning Spanish can be a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
